Good start and a slow finish = 2:40.17

Overall I am happy with the race, but I sure would have liked to see 2:30 something. Thank goodness for next year.

Big thanks to Hooper and the St. George Running Center Team for all the support.

Also thanks to my Summit Team and my family. I could not do what I do with out them.

Way to finish of a hard year and win the grand slam. That took a lot of work and you did a great job. Now if you want to you can go sub 2:30- I know you've got it in you.

Way to win the Grand Slam! Your hard work paid off. Just don't get injured for 8 months like Paul did after he won it two years ago.

I hope you didn't get as messed up from the Grand Slam as Paul did two years ago. We would love to hear how you are doing?
