1 mile swim in 30 minutes and then 40 miles on the bike with Rich. Not too fast on the bike today. It was a little cold out.

6 Mile loop on the trails. Avg of 6:20 miles. Did not feel too great after the run. I got a sub for my spin class and went home and slept.

Started the day with 2.5 miles on the treadmill before a leg workout. After the weights I hit the pool for about 25 minutes (1200 meters).

Afternoon run was a six mile loop at a 6:18 average pace. Good temps to be running. From the sounds of the weather reports, it could be the calm before the storm. Anyway, finished up the run at the Dixie Center where they have the traveling Vietnam Veteran Memorial on display. Nothing to make you appreciate running and your life in general like finishing up a hard run and then cooling down by walking past the names of Americans that died so I could live free. Good emotional ending to a run. Bring on the rain and snow.

Ran a quick 5K before my 9:00 am spin class. Then jumped in the pool  for about 25 minutes. Fast, but strong workout today.
