65 miles on the bike. Veyo loop and Utah Hill. avg 22 good hills. About the same as one easy mile running.

i like your conversion medthod 65 mile hard bike ride=1 easy running mile. Alot of people would get a good laugh out of that. It has been a hot topic for a while now. Good to see you bloggin again.

Oh by the way ask Clyde about his mountain bike that i had on my car this morning! I accidentally drove into a parking garage and ran his handlebars into the sprinklers hanging down from the roof. I felt like a total you know what!
